Review: I have some loans on my credit report. I did not sign anything and they have not provided me with proof of the loan they said I took out. I have not seen any documentation. As far as I understand it is if they have nothing I signed it must be removed from my credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like this to be taken off my credit report. I am requesting the amount they say I owe them. This is for punitive damages.
