[redacted] 's Rogue was brought to us by a collision center stating after the front end collision the airbag light was staying on Vehicle had a currant DTC/Fault code for a airbag control unitWe called the collision center that sent the vehicle over for repair, we received authorization for replacement of the airbag control unitAfter all repairs were complete the collision center picked up the vehicleA couple days later Mrs[redacted] called saying the airbag light was on before the collision and her insurance company should be refunded for the repair that our company performed because warranty should have to pay for it, She was upset with our decision and called us thieves You can call any repair shop on the planet and they will recommend the first step in any car that is sent over by a collision center, that had a front end collision and the airbag light stays on, is to replace the control unit witch did fix the carIf we did something wrong the collision center and her insurance company would not of paid the claimThank you

The $she was quoted was including taxes, shop suppliesShe called around and received a couple other quotes from other repair shops and the lowest one was $plus taxes & shop suppliesSo we matched the exact estimate she received from a 3rd party witch was $plus tax and shop supplies = $After the repair was complete she stated she was calling the Revdex.comI don't know were she received an estimate for $from us, I looked at all the paperwork and estimates and the only estimate I found was $tax & shop supplies includedThank you

I am rejecting this response because: regardless if you refund anything, I drove around for over a month and a half with no airbagsI brought my vehicle in well before the collision for the airbag recall, and due to error on your end, all my airbags were off and the dash light was onIf it wasn't for my collision, you would have had to fix YOUR mistake on your dimeYou are a horrible service department, and the fact that my safety was at risk and you could care less is quite obvious.

The $396 she was quoted was including taxes, shop supplies. She called around and received a couple other quotes from other repair shops and the lowest one was $258.00 plus taxes & shop supplies. So we matched the exact estimate she received from a 3rd party witch was $258.00 plus tax and shop...

supplies = $308.15. After the repair was complete she stated she was calling the Revdex.com. I don't know were she received an estimate for $226.00 from us, I looked at all the paperwork and estimates and the only estimate I found was $396 tax & shop supplies included. Thank you
