on February 24, 2015, and consumer was provided with a letter from DMI on February 24, stating that the late payment was reported in errorFirst Cal responded on February 27, to consumer that consumer's allegation that the late payment was reported in retaliation for consumer not providing documentation previously requested by the company to whom First Cal originally sold the loan as unfounded as First Cal was not involved in that request
