A: FIRST MEDICAL IS BILLING FOR A MEDICAL MONITORING DEVICE THAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY/CONTINUOSLY DEFECTIVE..
DEVICE WAS PROVIDED WHILE RECOVERING FROM STROKE AT *** REHAB JULY 2016.
DEVICE FAILED NUMEROUS TIMES, WAS SENT BACK TWICE AS DEFECTIVE.
NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME AS AN OUT OF POCKET DEVICE MEDICAL DEVICE.DEVICE WAS PROVIDED WHILE RECOVERING FROM STROKE AT *** REHAB JULY 2016.

PLEASE HELP IN STOPPING THESE DEMAND/COLLECTION LETTERS.

Please be advised that *** has a successful test with our Company as evidenced by 81 readings taken during his monitoring period of 7/25/16 through 8/19/2016. Due to HIPAA laws, we are unable to provide more information on the test that *** had with our Company. However, we do have a signed order from ***'s physician as well as a consent form for this test signed by *** prior to the start of the test. It appears that *** needs to redirect his complaint to his insurance company who denied coverage for this test. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
