They were very good at getting us a design with quote and helping us pick out the specific plants to use; however, as soon as he had the deposit he became unresponsive. Email responses were glacial. He has yet to make a single deadline. I emailed him repeatedly to make sure he'd sent the HOA paperwork with no response. When he finally confirmed, he failed to provide a copy of it to me until after I called him on it. Then, about 6 weeks later I come home from work, and there are workers in my backyard, putting in the design that hasn't been approved by my sub-association, and hasn't even been sent to the Master association. To give him credit, Mike did agree to pay any fees for starting without approval, and absorb the expense of changing the design if required by the HOA. The work was done well, but the watering schedule was not set up properly for the desert, so two trees and a rosemary bush died. They do plan on honoring their warranty but after 3 months I'm still waiting (16 Dec 16)
