This laundry service company damaged/ruined three (3)of my mens blazer/dress coats during their cleaning process
In early Aug of 2018, I requested the dry-cleaning of my three (3) blazer/dress coats I picked them up and discovered they were damaged beyond repair after I got home I returned to request a resolution on 8/13/at which time they denied any wrongdoing They refused to tell me their names or the name of their manager They were very rude and claimed the damage was caused by the material of the blazers and requested I return to the store where originally purchased and get their opinion I complied and went to the retailerThe AsstManager took one look and said "these are damaged beyond repair due to the mishandling of the garments during the cleaning process." He confirmed that my purchase dates of the blazers were in March and April of and proceeded to get new blazers for a side by side comparison, then wrote up a ticket of what it would cost to purchase
We have been using the same cleaners for over yearsAlthough it has changed hands different times
My wife had a problem with a new top she had dry cleaned and they charged her twice and still did not get the stain out
I brought in on tuesday 5/30/pant that had a stain and it was noted on my receiptwhen I went to pick them up, the stain was still in and she refused to even try and and take care of the situationShe said there was nothing she could do and got very beligerantI asked to speak to the owner and she said it was and refused to give me her nameSince they purchased this establishment , the quality of work is less than satisfactory and there unwilliness to even try is beyond my comprehension
This is not a large bill but the problems we are having needs to be noted
They should be shut down!
