Failure of company to follow through on claim for a run in the carpet that they installed
The carpet in question was installed the week of June 20th in my neighborhood clubhouse by Carpet To Go & MoreI called my contractor at the business in early May and explained that there is a seam in the carpet in where there is a run in different spots along the same seamHe said take pictures and send them to meI did and I did not hear backI emailed again showing pictures of the seam getting worseHe replied saying he sent a service request inAfter no word I contacted againHe said a service guy was supposed to have come out and looked at it, and he would check into it to see what was going onAfter no word I contacted againI got apologies and a promise for answers that dayNothing happened and I asked my HOA Management company to take over trying to get a resolutionThey tried contacting with the same non actionable results as me and they suggested the next steps w
I had Brazilian Chestnut hardwood floors installed approximately years ago by Carpets To Go & More and paid approximately $ The floors have a year guarantee When I alerted them over a year ago that some of the planks were turning white, they said they would contact the manufacturer and would get back to me No one ever did Then about months ago, I called them again to find out whether they ever had any type of resolution I left messages before a person named "Nick" called me back He sent someone else out to my home (also named "Nick") to take photos He said he would be in touch with me very soon after he sent the photos to the manufacturer of my floors He asked me if the floor area that was turning white was ever flooded with water I told him absolutely NOT Again, no one ever followed up with me After about two more months of hearing absolutely nothing, I called again and a receptionist was very apologetic and told me that the OWNER of this establishme
