There is never an intentional attempt by Bluebonnet to deceive any customerRebates change drastically when choosing zero percent financing and sometimes it can be confusing and perhaps there was a lack of communicationThe salesperson involved has been with us a long time and we never have issues with him and his customersI apologize for the unpleasant experience

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was absolutely no confusion on my part when I asked for the final numbers based on the 0% financing optionI clearly stated it and only allowed my credit to be pulled after the numbers were agreed to based on the 0% financing optionRegardless if this employee has been with them one day or ten years this should not of happenedThe response is unacceptable and I again want them to remove the credit inquiry from my reportThem passing this off as a misunderstanding further supports my claim of how the customer doesn't matter Regards, [redacted]

ok, we will send in a request to the Credit Bureas to remove the inquiries that we causedwe will do this immediately, it will take up to weeks to complete

I just saw this complaint today, it was not in my emails, but I got a phone call about itI will forward to both appropriate managers for resolution and will look into getting inquiry removed from credit bureau

The price that Mr [redacted] initially saw was wrong due to a  clerical error, the MSRP was wrong and therefore the starting price before our discount was incorrect. we changed it as soon as it was brought to our attention and never intended to mislead anyone. Our disclaimer on website...

have issues with him and his customers. I apologize for the unpleasant experience.

One of our Sales Managers will call the customer and inform her that we will be cancelling all the products that she does not want.

Re: Complaint ID [redacted] Ms. [redacted] did come into our dealership for repairs to her vehicle on 3/25/16 but at that time she made not mention that she wished us to assist in repairs of her damaged rim. She had a starter replaced and asked for the price of a new rim. Her last visit to us prior to...

this was 7118/15 at which time she had 109637 miles, she did have her tires rotated and oil changed at that time but has not returned to the dealership since for any maintenance or repairs until 3/25/16 and 121195 miles at which time we replaced the starter as she requested under her extended warranty. As I stated above according to the advisor assisting her there was no mention at that time of Bluebonnet Motors assisting with the replacement of the rim, and due to mileage interval between visits I would like to know how she found out the stud/rim had been damaged who removed the stripped lug nut as we would have been more that happy to do so without causing damage to the rim.
