First Choice Air Conditioning And Heating In

Repairing our A/C unit with First Choice Air Conditioning and Heating resulted in an unprofessional and unpleasant business transaction. Tim from First Choice was unprofessional and unethical. He neglected to inform us of all costs upfront, instead he informed us of these fees when the job was already completed. He does not offer his customers with flexible payment options as he is running a "cash only" business. Once at our home extra money was due to him, due to his "cash only" practices he was offered to accompany my husband to the bank and retrieve the amount due to him. Tim explained he would charge a "Trip fee" to accompany him to the bank that was roughly 4 miles away. When given the option to wait while he returned with the money he refused and instead instructed him to send a check. Work was completed in the afternoon on March 9th by March 12th we receive the most unprofessional and rude voicemail from Tim where he informs us that he can be the "biggest butthead we will ever meet" if we are trying to "not pay him" because he had not yet received the check by mail. He then threatens to come to our home, trespass on our property and take the motor that had already been paid for in full if he did not receive the amount due to him of $249 for his labor. When I returned his phone call to clarify to him that the check was mailed out the next day on the 10th Tim's unprofessionalism resurfaced again as he claimed we were liars and proceeded to hang up on me very abruptly. His lack of work ethic and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. BEWARE of this unethical and unprofessional business!!
