I am rejecting this response because: when I picked up the car on the Friday I told the worker there were issues I was not happy with. I took the car back on Monday as agreed with [redacted] over the phone and he stated he would fix the problems. As we walked around the car and I pointed out several problem he started cursing at me and stated to get my piece of st car off his lot and take it to Maaco. I told him to calm down all I wanted was the total car to be painted blue and the chips in the paint to be fixed.  He finally agreed and I left the car.  I did not return for the car until the following day which was tuesday.  I did bring my wife with me and after we looked at the car I pointed out he still did not fix the chips and the touch up in paint was black and not the color blue.  My wife stated there was another area in the front of the car that was missed which I had not seen before and [redacted] called her a bh and told me to get my fking butch as dog back in the car. The the arguing began. He had the nerve to bring up my son who passed away a few months earlier and also my nursing profession telling me to go play with people's ducks. That is when my wife told him he was a piece of st and a pussy.  I have since taken my car to 2 other shops and both have indicated that the car was never sanded properly orange peel is all over it. The paint job was poorly done and they would have to sand the car and start all over. I would like my money back so I can get the job do e by people who know what they are doing.  If we cannot get this resolve I will be forced to contact an attorney or file a lawsuit in small claims court

Mustang dropped off by son (Jr.) in June of 2016 with rust, band cracking, [redacted] side quarter paned ripped off, which needed welding. The deal with (JR) was to weld quarter panel and sand and paint NO BODY WORK included!! Jr would Finish the rest. He provided 2 rolls of tape. I roll of papa paint, the wrong reducer & activator which we purchased from our supplier total price $1650. Included after paint was a complete color sand & buff which I sublet at a cost of $25. When [redacted] (JR) got a new job up north he left the car half way done and told me to just sand & paint. That is what was agreed so car was painted. Mrs. [redacted] a complete restoration is what this vehicle needed and a job like that goes for $7500. I did not agree on that being done, neither did (Jr) so, we prepped, primered, sanded vehicle (No body work) only QTR panel repair then painted vehicle. This consumer expected free workmanship above the discount of $250 for his total of $1400.00. When (Sr) called to pick up vehicle he said ([redacted] Jr) told him it would be $800.00 to which I told him I had to pay for activator, color sand & buff also from my end. So we agreed to $1400.00 and he picked it up, was HAPPY, and he took it home on a Friday. Monday morning he bring it back and out of courtesy touch up a few areas where panels were needed to be removed and painted to loos right. R & I is best to get into seams and get painted. Remove & install is part of restoration which this was not. (Sr) He picked it up the same Monday and was Happy again. Tuesday he brings his wife to tell me she has some complaints about dents, dings, cracks, noises, regarding 1965 mustang. I tell SR & his wife that we have done all and more for the price they payed, that is when his Spanish Speaking wife cursed my mother, called me a pussy, that we were pieces of st and that we were the worst body shop. Mrs. [redacted] my partner & I have had this goal of owning our own business, but we can't give or services for free just because we know you, or you know someone we know. I hope you understand my position, my Friendship with his son is ruined, but I wish them the best. As I will continue to provide the best quality work at competitive prices. P.S. If this matter goes any further I will contact my attorney regarding had comments online & this Fiasco. We tried to help a Friend but no one is ever satisfied with free work.
