First Choice Automotive is the most dishonest business I have ever come acrossEven for a used car dealership it is hands down the worst I purchased a car from the Dealer/manager ***We were lied to from the first minute we stepped onto the lotI have never been more disappointed The financing was a bad joke [redacted] obviously has a side deal with a particular finance company (Regional Acceptance, please read the Revdex.com reviews about this non-accredited company) and he lied to us saying that RA is the only company he could get us financing throughA week after we bought the car from First choice we received a letter from Capital One approving us for a car loan at a third of the interest rateI am sure [redacted] gets a cut of the 18.24% interest that his favorite finance company charges The car we bought had been wreckedWe were told that it was minor damage and totally repairedWhen we checked the MVR it showed MAJOR damage and greatly reducing the value of the carThe one year old car rattles and shakesI spoke with the finance company and asked them if they usually financed vehicles for $more than what the vehicle worthThe finance company (Regional Acceptance) claims that they didn't know the vehicle had been wreckedIf the car was wrecked today the comprehensive insurance and GAP insurance would not come close to paying the car off due to the diminished value of the car because of the value loss due the wreckSound fishy yet? [redacted] and First Choice only obey the laws when they are forced toThey took a refund check made out to us from our insurance and CASHED ITThe insurance company informed us of the check and when we questioned [redacted] about it he had to "talk to the owner"He had to write us a personal check for the amountSound fishy yet? We took the car to a dealership mechanic where were told that the tires on the vehicle were the wrong size and the filters and oil were badVery badI guess First Choice strips the tires When asking about the massive fees of all sorts I was told by ***, "he didn't have time to explain the car business to me" I realize now a lot of those things are avoidable if you know a lot about buying a carI didn'tThe point of this review is let other consumers know what to expect if you have to deal with [redacted] and First Choice Automotive

I never in a million years thought I would drive away in nice carI expected to get some used beat up clunker but the sales RepAlonzo worked his magic and got me in a Nissan Versa and still kept my payments as low as I had askedEveryone at the shop was very friendly and personabIeI now have a good looking, reliable carA weight has been lifted!! We received a letter regarding a *** *** that was sold on April 24, to *** ***The customer made a down payment of$for the vehicle which was sold for $plus taxes and feesThe customer stated at the time of initial test drive that he did not have enough money
to pay for the vehicle in full, and asked if we could hold the note for himWe agreed to hold the note for the customerWe were asking $for the vehicle in which we came down to $for the customerWe sold the vehicle in as is condition, due to we came down in price and were more than reasonable in working with him to make the saleAlso, he called on May 5th with the concern of a brake squeak and a belt squealWe were able to bring the vehicle in the next day (May 6th) to check out his concernsUpon arrival, we found that the serpentine belt tensioner seems to be weak, could be possible cause of noise (due to age of car)We quoted him on OE equipment parts, as we do not deal with *** for our partsWe clearly stated we were willing to work with him; he purchased the parts from us and we would put them on for freeAs for the brake squeal we inspected all of the brakes and found all pads were brand new and pad material is just causing a squealAt that point there was no safety concern on brake systemWe looked up the lemon law and don't find that any of these items apply to the lemon lawThe vehicle is safe to drive, with no issuesJames Paprocki Owner
