I am writing to respond on this complaint filed on my name Daniela T***.I will attach a copy of our private agreement between Mrs*** and First Choice Care LLC.Please check on the Exhibit 2, page regarding the nurse delegation feesNurse delegation fees wasthe family responsibility to
pay directly to the nurse.The reason that I deduct the amount of $for nurse delegations is because of unpaid bills through thenurseBefore on refunding to the families the remaining balances we' re checking with the nurse onunpaid invoiceThe nurse provide me a detail invoice on 05/01/regarding the balance for Mr.*** account.Mrs*** mentioned she wasn't informed regarding this responsibility but in the bottom of exhibit 2page in the contract it is required both parties signature in the day of the admission in the facility.On the last page of the agreement is specified:"Signature acknowledges the House Policies have been read and a copy has been given"
In regards to page in your complaint Mrs*** mentioned we're keep using the supply from Mr.***I'm surprised on this allegations when I know the facilities is the one which is providing most ofthe supply due to insufficiency supplies provided by *** *** *** is providing bagsof depends X pieces, one pack of wipes and gloves per week (only if the facility is requesting).I want to add Mr*** was a gentlemen 6ft 4in tall and is been using different type of supplies whichcannot accommodate whatever resident.Mr*** was admitted to my facility on 01/29/and on *** *** on 12/10/feel sosurprised after all these months being *** support and they've become part of our journey part ofour family and Mrs*** mentioned many of times she considered finding a different adult familyhome.We never felt any negative feelings or resentments from *** family.Please feel free to call me for any questions you may have at*** *** ***
