The business First Choice Cars had no intent of fraud or misleading any one considering any money for vehicle. The transaction was made between Jerry R[redacted] and [redacted]...

First Choice Had no knowledge of any fraudulent acts what so ever this is basically a love triangle gone wrong and they are looking for revenge. Jerry R[redacted] went on his own behalf and purchased a vehicle for her and they exchange money between them too as a couple not along with First Choice Cars. [redacted] never knew anything about the 2nd vehicle until Herbert L**/Sherman L** said that it was nice of you to purchase the father of your child a car. all of these things happened on the birthday of Jerry R[redacted] we where under the assumption the both vehicles we gifts among those too. If we thought other wise she wouldn't have know about the second vehicle unless we told her. The repairs on the vehicle was done on good faith due to the fact it was a gift among  the two and we did the repairs because they had a falling out and we didn't want tot leave her outback and we know her personally. Outside of this Jerry R[redacted] and her have three children together. We were under the assumption that the vehicle was vehicle and all the situations were null and void. I have reached out to the complaint several times there no response from text messages to phone calls first Choice Cars had no fraudulent dealing.As Far as the text message on Jerry r[redacted] behalf First Choice has no knowledge of  any of there contact they have 3 children together and a personal relationship. We have discussed this vehicle with her several times to first choice Cars knowledge they are back together and settling this matter as one.
