I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Alda is not correct in her information I and the woman at the dry cleaners pinned the patches on the way we wanted and we we verified it by holding up the uniforms so the eagles were facing forward before they were sent Also the uniforms did NOT come back with enough time That was why I specifically told the woman at the cleaners not to take them if she would not be able to fix them quickly That is my problem The misinformation provided by the company and the lack of communication I never dealt with aldaShe is in [redacted] and the cleaners I used was in [redacted] She does not have the correct information I was told the first time I could have a refundI never want to deal with this company again and I would like my refundAlda never called or wrote me to say they changed their mind I was getting a credit Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Alda at business and the following was relayed: I remember doing this, I am not sure what happened to the dressI have gone to each store and looked for the dress myself to see where it might beI have been unable to locate the dressI did forward to the owner, Craig, and he was supposed to address thisI feel very bad about the situation and for the customerRevdex.com spoke to Craig, owner, who stated that he has attempted to contact customerHe needs a receipt/cost of the dressThe customer does have his cell phone number and should contact him to relay the cost she is requesting

Thank you for what ever you did, they contacted me (days aftr incident) today to inform me that I can come down to the cleaners when they are open to get my $back. They accused me of never contacting them and just going straight to the Revdex.comI did call them times and left two messagesSo, I'm glad I'll get my money back and thankful for your help. Revdex.com spoke to Alda at business and the following was relayed: The consumer brought in a uniform that needed patchesShe did not clarify how they were to be put onShe brought it back because the patches needed to be switched aroundOur seamstress had an emergency come up and we were unable to get
them done in the time she neededIt was sent back to the store to allow her to get them done somewhere else in timeI have credited the entire amount of $to her to use in the store

Alda is not correct in her information.  
I and the woman at the dry cleaners pinned the patches on the way we wanted and we we verified it by holding up the uniforms so the eagles were facing forward before they were sent   Also the uniforms did NOT come back with enough time.   That was why I specifically told the woman at the cleaners not to take them if she would not be able to fix them quickly.   That is my problem.  The misinformation provided by the company and the lack of communication.  I never dealt with alda. She is in [redacted] and the cleaners I used was in [redacted].  She does not have the correct information.  I was told the first time I could have a refund. I never want to deal with this company again and I would like my refund. Alda never called or wrote me to say they changed their mind I was getting a credit.

supposed to address this. I feel very bad about the situation and for the customer. Revdex.com spoke to Craig, owner, who stated that he has attempted to contact customer. He needs a receipt/cost of the dress. The customer does have his cell phone number and should contact him to relay the cost she is requesting.
