Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/03/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Since when does a company test their own product and deem it OK? We did the test ourselves and it does not raise the PHI would like to know who is their authorityDo they have a competent degreed scientist doing the testingSince my husband has a PhD in chemistry I believe our results are correct
To state that the product was not defective is irrelevant as any relevancy should be if it works not if it looks fineWhat kind of a response is that?
I still want my money back and that for a bogus product
We agreed to keep the bracelet which may or may not have some healing qualitiesThe Aqua Tune does NOT!

If there is a no refund policy it needs to be stated on the receiptI have the original receipt and it does not indicate that there is a no return or refundable policyIt is a bogus product and the public should be aware of thisPeople go to Branson on vacation and are approached for this productI think it should be noted so others are not taken in by this fraud

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2017/02/14) */
We are aware of Mr. [redacted]' complaint, I am attaching all of the information that was provided during his credit card dispute. On Friday, January 13, 2017 we received notice that the credit card company sided with Tuning Element and returned the...

disputed amount back to us.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2017/02/15) */
The issue is that I am not contesting that I purchased the Level 3 bracelet.
The issue is that I have not received a refund for the amount of the purchase.
I have made several attempts to return the bracelet. Each time I have tried to work with representatives of the Tuning Element, I was told that they would not give me a refund.
WHY would I give them their product back and NOT receive a refund?
I am asking the Revdex.com for their assistance in working with a business to provide quality customer service by having the Tuning Element make a permanent credit for the full amount of my purchase, $493.20. As I have stated on numerous prior occasions, I will be glad to return the bracelet to the Tuning Element. My suggestion at this time is for the Tuning Element to send me a shipping label for me to use to send the bracelet to the Revdex.com by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. That way, the Tuning Element will have confirmation that their item is actually being returned to them so there will be no further issues on this pending matter.
The above is what I have been trying to do all along.
I appreciate your continued assistance in getting this matter resolved to my satisfaction.

When the product was purchased the customer received a receipt that states no exchanges or returns; therefore, we will not issue a refund.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/06/01) */
Ms. [redacted] made a purchase on 03/23/16, and as stated on her receipt at time of purchase, was extended a 30-day money back guarantee with the understanding the product must be in like-new condition (undamaged) or guarantee is void. Returns...

must be made at the original place of purchase as that is the location that collected the money for that item.
The store manager viewed the item to be returned and positioned it beside a new product to show Ms. [redacted] the extent of the damage it had so she can see it firsthand as it is very damaged (a picture of both can be provided if needed). I am not certain who Ms. [redacted] attempted to contact at our corporate office; however, I have inquired with every employee and no one has spoken to her, nor received any voice messages from her. Therefore, corporate office was not aware there was a customer concern at hand until receiving this Revdex.com notification.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/06/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept the response from the business as a positive resolution. Based on their response, I again tried to contact them, to which they did return my call this time. I believe this company to be in the business of fraud. Basically, I paid $488 for a piece if stainless steel that serves no purpose whatsoever. I wore the bracelet only for a few days, and there was no visual damage. The employee who took the picture, first wiped it with a paper towel, then magnified the bracelet. I did not look at the bracelet that way when I purchased it. No one in their right mind would think they would do that upon return. I also have a picture of the bracelet on the date I tried to return it. To the naked eye, there were no scratches. If the product is so fragile that it is "seriously damaged" from a sleeve rubbing on it for 3-5 days, then the product is not worth purchasing. I was also told that this was a Christian based business and that they support missions. If you support missions by stealing people's money, that is really not being Christlike. I absolutely regret this purchase and would absolutely never consider purchasing anything from them. I have a "damaged" chunk of stainless steel that cost me nearly $500, and a lot of headaches, in the bottom of my purse, that I would gladly return, and even the company that I bought it from doesn't think it is worth anything.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The photo they are referring to was zoomed in. There was not damage to the naked eye. I did not zoom in when making my purchase. I believe that there should be no guarantee at all, because if the bracelet touches anything, they will say it is damaged. Again, I will state that I would advise against purchasing anything from that company. I believe them to be shady and only concerned about taking people's money. Customer service like that is pathetic.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 23, 2016/06/28) */
As previously stated, a 30-day money back guarantee was extended to Ms. [redacted] with the understanding the product must be in like-new condition (undamaged) or guarantee is void. It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted]'s product was damaged prior to return voiding the money-back guarantee. However, due to the damage, the store manager saw it necessary to take a picture of the product beside a brand new product so Ms. [redacted] could view the damage herself (again picture is available if needed). We regret that Ms. [redacted] is not one of the many thousands of customers who has experienced the desired benefits our products have to offer when worn 24/7, body is properly hydrated, etc.
