After having numerous very bad experiences with service providers trying to repair my Septic system, I have finally found an extremely knowledgeable, caring, and very reasonably priced companyI was SO impressed by their integrity and work ethic and how they went above and beyond my expectations by not giving up until the problem was solved

had a problem with my effluent pump on the weekend not holding its prime, I called pump tech Monday morning and within an hour matthew called me, I was going to work and he said he would call be back later in the dayhe did just that, came to my home, figured out the problem in minutes, went back to the shop, got me a new part and had it running in about an hourwell done, great service, thank you matthew, I would recommend pump tech

I found Matthews work to be excellent, after completion of repairs he tested the system to ensure everything workedExtremely good work ethic I would recommend his company based on my experience

We have been very pleased by the service provided by Pump-Tech, specifically by Matthew who figuratively and literally bailed us out
Our septic system failed during the coldest part of the past winter and he worked under extreme conditions to change the burned out pump from the house to an in-tank one The next day a "gusher" in the basement indicated that the original problem was a blockage in the drain, that was repaired by blowing through compressed air This experience required three calls, all of which Matthew responded to quickly despite the fact that he was working on other projects
He returned for a fourth time several months later when the weather was warm enough to install a filter in the tank
The work was excellent and timelyThe price was reasonable It was a pleasure to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and reliable

I had an appointment with Pump Tech to come out and inspect my well and pumpOn the day of the appointment nobody showed upI phoned and was told that the person assigned to come out could not be contactedI was told to "carry on with my day" and they would call either way if a person could/could not come out that dayWell, I never got a callI had to take a day off work for nothingIt's been days now and I have not received an apology, or an offer to come out and make things rightTo treat a potential customer in this manner is shameful

I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Pump Tech they have done plumbing repairs for me on two occasions and each time they did the work within the agreed time frame and cost and their workmanship has been excellent I was very pleased with their prompt responseFor example, my hot water tank stopped working and I requested a quote at am for a replacement tank and by 6:the same morning I had received their quote along with a time frame in which Pump Tech could do the job The tank was replaced on the day promised
I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them
