Review: Applied through xrimz (first main finacial) December 22. December 23rd recieved a text I was approved for financing. Called the number and spoke to [redacted]. Had numerous calls back and forth and finally settling on a rim and tire package that I was told was in stock, ready to ship. I had to pay a deposit of $300 in which December 24th I over the phone gave my acct card number to have the money pulled to get my purchase. I filled out all paperwork they requested, all my contact info and employment verification came back as asked for on my behalf. December 29 [redacted] debited my acct the $300. Then January 7-8 [redacted] emails me and states all my personal info was great and my order as well as a tracking number should be emailed to me January 26-27. Come January 26 I get a email saying the order will not ship from their vender, they apologize and excuses surface. Then a [redacted] emails me after I found out through all this that I have a $3,700 balance reporting on my credit that I never recieved a item for that balance. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. They keep you running along with a new ship date being February 10. Well February 6 I get a email again from [redacted] that once again their vendor can't ship items. I now look up xrimz and see all the complaints. I then see how many of my orders are available online and feel lied to.

Xrimz needs to be shut down, investigated or fined for their operation. This is a scam and someone needs to Step in. Hope the Revdex.com does. I now am told February 9-10 if nothing they will cancel my order. So they led me on for 2 months, took my money, hit my credit with a high loan balance and a hard inquiry and I noway have to wait for a refund, fight for a refund and fight to fix

Review: Took a down payment of 250.00 dollars never delivered product 2+ months later I signed a cancellation for order and they never deposited my refund. No response from emails all numbers go no where.Desired Settlement: I want my money they promised a refund within 10 business days! Its been almost a month.

Review: I purchased several items from this company several times. I purchased 2 Ipads back on September 27, 2013 for my 2 daughters, When I received them I purchased 2 third party extended warranties. So the first time I needed to use the third party warranty was back in May 2014, [redacted] wanted a receipt to continue with the warranty. I contacted [redacted] in May 2014 and explained to him I needed a receicpt so I can file my claim with [redacted] to have my items repaired. So when [redacted] sent me a genric invoice but put the purchase date as if I bought them in May 2014. Now I needed to get my Ipads fix due to crack screens. I made a claim on 01/30/15 and on 01/31/15 I got a threatening email from [redacted] saying the recipt dates do not match up and I and being investigating for fraud and local law enforcement may be involved. So on 02/02/15 the called and left several emails to manager [redacted] and no response so I decided to email. I got a few responses from [redacted] telling me that she doesn’t know what she wants me to do for her. I advised her to provide me the correct information so I can provide to [redacted] to show my claim is valid. She said that she can not provide me store receipts; I advised she can redact all the information but mine. She emailed them with a generic email and Cc me and it states he bought these 2 years ago. Since then I have emailed Mrs [redacted] several more times and called at least 40 times but have be ignored. I am being investigated for fraud in which could be prevented if XRIMS provided my itemized purchases, correct dates and statements this has caused me caused me undue stress and anexty, I have spent hours trying to resolve a issue that was not caused by me but XRIMs has caused stress on my family as well. Being accused of fraud is a very serious crime. I also had to come out of pocket to purchase to get my Ipads fixed yesterday. I have emails to support my claims with serial numbers for the Ipads, pictures, and emails going back until 2013.. I have 3 other service plans with [redacted] and now they are going to cancel all of them. Xrims has made this snowball effect. This is not what a consumer should ever have to go through a nightmare. I purchased the items in good faith and it was several items I purchased from them.Desired Settlement: A itemized recipt with with items and dates of the rims and couch and Ipads, which would detail, dates, delivery and items faxed or emailed

Review: on april 1 .2014 rims and tires was orderd through xrimz llc they took 200.00dollars out of checking account right then they said the product would be here in 14days we have waited a month and every time u call them its a lie after a nother they are trying to find out wherw the tires and rims are.or they are calling atlanta to see whats going on with the order.every time you call them its the same lie after a nother.I want my money back and these crooks put out of biss they are on the internet ripp off report was not aware of them untill I started haveing problems with them can you please help me in this matter

Review: Trouble finding information on this company to get my refund..no numbers that work.no website to email or fax they owe me close to 1100$Desired Settlement: what they owe me plus my hassle be nice

Review: I order subwoofer box, subwoofers, and amp from xrimz around Oct 21. I have all email traffic from Mr. Jimmy, Mr. Zack, and Mrs. Talethia. I did not received my order for the subwoofer box until yesterday which was 4 Dec 13 and had already paid one payment on the account. When I called and talk to Jimmy I told him the type of vehicle I had in which was a 2013 dodge ram crew cab and I wanted him to find something that would fit. I do sale car audio so why is it my job to search for items that would fit a vehicle, once I told him the information he said he was going to email me some items and he did. Once we agree that everything was good the contract was done at the time when the contract was finish, we had to do about 5 contracts because the items on the contract was incorrect, and I do have all emails from that. Once the contract was signed I waited for the order but I am going to be honest I called them a week later asking for the order in which Jimmy only email me once back. Once I got in touch with Mrs. Talethia you help me with the issue. Once I received the tracking number for the amp and subwoofers I got an email from her stating that it was an issue with the order about the box. I sent here a photo of the box that Jimmy first sent me and the emails. I also paid 200 dollars down to make my payments low in which I did not have to. Once I received the subwoofer box in the mail almost two months later, I take the box to a car audio shop and the box does not even fit the truck I have. And the 12” subwoofers I order won’t even fit in the truck due to the space in the vehicle. You have to get flat subwoofers due to it being a truck. Once I found this out I called Mrs. Talethia and told her the problem that the only thing the is good is the amp nothing else will fit my vehicle and I wanted to return the box and subwoofers, in which she said they will only take the subwoofers. And I told her that Jimmy is the one who said these items will fit and she was going to check with [redacted] and never called me back. I have been patience with this company for almost 3 months now and still paying for products that I am not using. I have been robbed and if this does not get fix I will push farther actions. I have been in the Army for 12 years and never in my life have I had any kind of business like this. This company is only out to get soldier and take their money. I have order rims with this company before and never had any problem until now, so if you are not a professional at selling car audio or have an understanding of it why are you selling it. I need this to get resolve before I take it even higher. Thank you.

P.S. I also did received a check in the mail for 70.00 from this company.Desired Settlement: all I want to do is return the Subwoofers and the box and keep the amp. I am not going to pay any more money to this company. I paid 200 up front. I also paid two months of 71.00 to this company. I am done with giving money for stuff I am not using at all. I do not want to have to pay for shipping back any items, I feel like I should not have to.

Mr. [redacted] was advised numerous times by phone and email prior to shipping his order that we could not verify the fitment of the product he requested with his vehicle. He was also advised to consult the company that was installing the equipment to verify the fitment. He also has only paid down $200.00 which we have the receipt for and we sent him a $70.00 check on 11/8/13 to pay his first payment on the account for a shipping delay so he would be inaccurate at the amount he has paid on the account. Mr. [redacted] is financing these items he is not paying cash and he cannot negotiate pricing at this time for he has signed a legal loan agreement for the purchase price agreed upon and he will have to adhere to the terms of the agreement. He was sent a label to return the box which I agreed he could and would credit him 200.00 on the account but he will have to pay the postage to return it himself. If he wants to cancel the purchase agreement the down payment will not be returned and he will need to return the all items at his own cost.

I told them plenty of times the type of vehicle I have if you are not a professional at what you sale why are you even selling it. I am not paying for return shipping for any items due to the items does not fit my vehicle. Once again I told [redacted] from the comapny what kind of vehicle I have just like if you buy rims from this company they find out what rims will fit your tires and let you know if it is the right kind. They can have the product back but I am not going to pay for return shipping due to the company error.

Review: I order some wheels and tires from discount rim financing on 08/14/2013. The salesman [redacted] insured me that they would fit my 08 Infiniti G37s coupe. I received them in October and they didn't fit. I have been in contact with [redacted] and [redacted] but they have been no help at all. I have taken the wheels to [redacted], a custom shop, and 2 local tire replacement shop to get these wheels and tires mounted on my vehicle. Everyone of them says the same thing, that the wheels will not fit because of the big brakes on my vehicle. Discount rim financing refuses to take them back because of a 20% restocking fee and they state that it's an installation issue in which they aren't responsible for. The wheels aren't the right fitment for my vehicle but yet they state that the shops in which I took my vehicle to don't know what they are doing. I have countless emails and pictures proving that the wheels does not fit my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send me a return shipping label so that I can return these wheels and tires at no more expense to me!!

Mr. [redacted] was previously advised on how to resolve his fitment issue with his wheels and declined to do so. He was also told to take the wheels to a wheel installation place not a tire shop to have them installed. He was advised that he would need to send in a statement from the tire installer stating the fitment issue to cancel the order free of charge which he sent aninvoice stating "wheels don't fit" which is not acceptable. We need to know if the wheels are wrapped or on a pallet and once the wheels are returned undamaged we will be glad to rocess his cancellation. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I took the wheels to 2 tires shops and 3 wheel installation shops ([redacted], and [redacted]), in which they stated that [redacted] wouldn't install the wheels because they wanted me to buy the wheels from them instead. I stated that they could call every shop that I went by to verify the fitment issues but they refused too. It cost me money and time to keep running around to different shops as well as the same shops just to keep getting the same answer "THE WHEELS DOESN'T FIT BECAUSE OF THE BIG BRAKES". This is not an uncommon issue for my type of car as you can Google it and verify my statement. They should have been aware of that before the wheel specialist ([redacted]) guaranteed me that these wheels would fit without any issues. I was told that the wheels and tires would come mounted and ready for installation. There was no statement made to me that I would have to take the wheels to a professional in order to have them installed. I had these wheels and tires financed at $2,310.00 and they received the check before my wheels and tires were actually shipped out. I received the wheels wrapped in shrink wrap. I will do my best to return the wheels in shrink wrap like they were shipped to me. I am not responsible for any damages during transit. The wheels and tires have been ready and waiting for return shipping labels. I am not asking for reimbursements for my time nor money that I spent in trying to make these wheels fit but this will not be resolved to my satisfaction until the funds are returned the the financial company and this shows a positive transaction on my credit report. I have countless emails and pictures proving that I tried to make amends in part to this time consuming transaction. Regards,[redacted]

Review: On November 12th, 2014 rims and tires was ordered through Xrimz, LLC they charge my debit card $100.00 dollars on November 13th, 2014 and said the product would be here in 14 days I have waited a month. I sent an email on December 12th, 2014 to [redacted] and apparently she forward my email to [redacted]; he replied the following (I have a copy of the email); "How are you doing today? My name is [redacted] and I’m in the customer service/shipping department here. Just want to give you an update on your order. Your order was complete on the 13th of NOVEMBER as far you signing the order, and the down payment was made on the 13th as well. However, the information you gave for references and DOH still had to be verified and that wasn't complete until the 19th of NOVEMBER. It does take the order 14 business days from that date to be shipped and given a tracking number. You are not expected to receive a tracking number for the order until the 10th of DECEMBER, the latest would be the 11th of DECEMBER. Once you receive that tracking information it does take 2-3 business days for the delivery 3-5 business days for West Coast deliveries. Thank you for your patience." I've yet to get a tracking number and have not heard anything else from this company about my order. I have a copy of the contract, which states; "You agree to pay a minimum payment of $191.00 (or the account balance, if less) on or before the date, 1/5/2015 and on the same date each month thereafter (such date, the "Statement Closing Date") while a balance remains." This company plans to deduct payments from my account for product they can not and have not delivered on. This company needs to fulfill the purchase, or issue full refund of down payment in the amount of $100.00, with out charging the 20% restocking fee on something they can not deliver.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund of my $100.00, and this company needs to seriously rethink they way they do business.
