I do not have seperate receipts for these transactions and some of them are impossible to obtain! trips there, late charges from daycare, debit card used for wiper blades and license plate bracket, ADDITIONAL car payments on the vehicle they took as a trade and failed to pay off and close out in a timely manner and the money lost for insurance costs on BOTH vehicles of which we did not even have possession of! This has become a slap in the face and complete disrespect as well as horrible business! I was asked by the salesman who did nothing wrong not to pursue tv media coverage to "out" all the wrongsAt this point I am very ready to pursue those avenues as well as social media and social networking through the military, fire department, and community that I am very involved with I have already heard other very similar stories from customers of the same establishment and its very disheartening to hear this is how customers, military members and members of the community are treated and that it is thought to be ok! *** This letter is in response to a complaint made by *** *** (ID #: ***). The terms that Mrs*** agreed to included us making one lease payment for her towards the KIA Soul that she was leasing at the time. Destination Nissan made that payment as
agreed. Some lease companies do charge a disposition fee and the lessee is responsible for excessive damage. The rules are different for each lease company. The exact terms are spelled out in the signed lease agreement. However, we value Mrs*** business and would like to offer her a $credit towards future repairs. I do not agree that we made the deal based on Nissan just making one lease payment of $199.27. William J***, our salesman, specifically asked if we would possibly make a deal then or if we intended to wait until our lease was up on the KIA Soul. We stated that we would wait if we needed to but if we got the deal we wanted we would do it sooner. We agreed to put down $to make this deal work and in the end that is what we were lead to believe. It was our understanding that the $was taking care of any financial responsibility from the KIA Soul. Perhaps we are guilty of being naïve, but if so, I believe William J*** is guilty of misleading us.

We are processing the paperwork for the warranty cancellation now and as a gesture of good will, we would like to offer *** *** a $service credit that he can use towards future service or the purchase of an accessory for his Nissan Rogue. But, I will only accept the offer of the $service credit if it completely covers the cost to install the handle. I have to pay for the entire cost of the one my family member broke, so I don't understand Destination Nissan refusing to cover the entire cost of the one they broke. Regards, *** ***
