First choice marine provided a loan to us when everyone else turned us down
Review: On December *, 2013 there was a 1415.00 charge applied to my Discover card. This was taken in anticipation of my loan being approved for a boat. My loan was not approved so I went else where. As of December **, 2013 the charge has not been refunded to my Discover. I have contacted the sales person [redacted] and he stated that he would refunded it on December **, 2013. It has yet to be refunded to my Discover. He should not have charged the account until the monies were needed which would have been at settlement. The day he said he could not help me he stated he would refund my Discover. On Friday **, 2013 I contacted him and he stated he would return to the office on Tuesday 12/** and refund the money. Guess he forgot.Desired Settlement: I want this charge refunded to my Discover and I want the interest that I am occurring because of this charge. I want it refunded now to my Discover.
