I was charged for a contact lens evaluation 4 months after I had my eye exam. I never had a separate contract lens evaluation. I was told the charge of 45.00 was state law since I got a trial pair lens. This was not a charge for the contact lens. I was never told there would be a charge of any kind.
This is a scam!! I would not recommend this eye practice at all. When I was handed the trial paid of contacts, no one asked if they were ok. At no time did I ever try on a pair of contacts even during my visit with the doctor.

The company's drivers damaged my property while executing a moving job. Company refuses to pay for repairs.On Wednesday, October 9th, Troy Humphrey Moving & Storage (aka First Choice Moving & Storage) was in my neighborhood, conducting a move about a block away from my home. The truck that they brought was far too large to maneuver on the narrow streets of my subdivision. As a result, they needed to drive the truck down the block, and attempt to use the cul-de-sac, where my property is located, in order to turn the vehicle around. I had a basketball goal at the bottom of my driveway. The truck was so large that they could not clear the space in the cul-de-sac, without moving the basketball goal, up onto a grassy/rocky area. I was in my neighbors backyard, and we watched the drivers exit the truck and drag the basketball goal out of my driveway, in an attempt to give themselves enough clearance. When they turned the truck, they returned the basketball goal to my driveway. However, now the base was torn open and water was leaking everywhere. They jumped in the truck and tried to leave. I saw the damage immediately, and followed after them. When I caught them, I said "You just broke my basketball goal". They said "yes, how much do you need to cover it" I said "$100", and they told me they did not have that much cash on them. They instructed me to call their company the following day, and that the company would take care of the damage. I did, however, the company is insisting they did no damage, and they do not need to pay anything. Desired SettlementI want to receive the money to restore my basketball goal to full working order, which it was, prior to their employees breaking it.
