First Choice Roofing

I hired First Choice Roofing to replace the roof on my home after it partially collapsed in 2011. The following winter in 2012 / 2013 I found that whenever it snowed, it would blow in to my attic through an area that no flashing was installed. We were promised that flashing would be installed in our contract and it was never installed on the finished roof. I contacted [redacted] on a number of occasions and after months of trying (his cell phone voice mail is always full) I would only occasionally get in touch with him just to get false promises of him never showing up to look at the unfinished roof. I got fed up with trying to contact him and decided it was easier to just shovel the snow out of my attic whenever it snowed. Work not completed despite full payment asked for and assurance given that the job would be completed.First Choice Roofing was hired to remove snow from roof. After a couple of hours work he requested payment in full with the assurance that the job would be completed. However it was only half done and despite many phone calls they have never returned to finish the job. Desired SettlementThe cost for the job was [redacted] and since it was only half done we would like a refund of [redacted] .

Wanted fax number removed; first time I called, they hung up. Called back and was yelled at by service agent. Didn't even ask for # I wanted removed.Problem date: [redacted]I called First Choice Roofing to ask them to remove a fax number from their directory. I had received several faxes for their emergency snow removal service and did not need the service. I called twice; the first time I called, an agent answered the phone and I asked him to remove the fax number from the list. The agent hung up on me. I called a second time, an agent picked up and I again said I was calling to have a fax number removed from their directory. The agent told me to stop calling. The agent did not ask me to confirm the fax number I wanted removed (I was calling from a cell phone that is unaffiliated with the fax machine). I called back and left a voicemail indicating I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired SettlementI am not seeking a settlement but I would like the fax number to be removed from First Choice Roofing's system.
