and barring extreme weather the shingles would arrive on the Monday with work starting on Tuesday The work was completed on the Wednesday The young men working on the project were most knowledgeable, friendly and consientiousEach day the area around our home was cleaned up thoroughly As a result of the work done on our home, two neighbours had their roofs changed We were all pleased with the work that was done The price was fair and the work done promptly & correctly Lynn

Work was completed sooner than originally committed to and each team, Roofers, Soffit and Eaves trough were all handled by different teams of experts and all the work was beautifully completed with attention to detail, efficiency and excellent coordination. We are homeowners of a bungalow in St. James-
We contacted First Choice in the Spring of 2015 about the possibility of us needing a new roof on our home, at sometime during the upcoming year. Jeff was prompt in coming to our home, and providing an estimate of cost.
Here's what happened....
We knew we were going to do some major renovations to our basement as well.
Without pushing us on the roof job, he was able to provide us with plumbing assistance, (a plumber we did use), and a framer/builder we used as well. Both referrals by him were excellent and very professional, and provided reasonable pricing and first class workmanship. Due to this and his thorough description of what the roofing job would entail, we hired First Choice to follow through with, not only a new roof on the house, but, because the pricing was realistic and fair, we did the garage as well. His work crew really knew their business and the service from them was first class.The work was scheduled, and completed on time as quoted, and there were no hidden surprises beyond what we expected from this company. AND they cleaned up the mess too!!!
I would not hesitate in the least to recommend this firm, and in fact have done so.
It's really nice to know that there are tradespeople and companies like First Choice "out there" who are not out to fleece you. Old-fashioned customer relationships--- works for us.
