They remodeled our bathroom & there were many issues. The first things we noticed were that you could see the spots where the nails were in the ceiling & on the walls. The door frame & the new outlet covers were not flush against the wall. The holes for plumbing were not filled in, they just left big open holes. The exhaust fan that they installed wasn't cut correctly so every time we close the door insulation from our attic falls to the floor & some gets stuck inside the light. Also, they didn't reconnect the vent tubing that vents to the outside.
The first night there was a huge leak into our basement when we ran our first bath,(they did come repair that the next day). Later we discovered water damage on our floor due to the tub not being level & also not enough caulk around the bath tub.The toilet was loose in less than a month & was not properly attached. The sink started leaking within a week.
They didn't replace all the rotten wood or remove all the mold as they were supposed to. We had to hire another contractor to come in & redo the bathroom that we just paid close to $8000 to have remodeled by first choice.
I tried to go through *** since that is how I came in contact with the & they tried to set up arbitration, which first choice has refused arbitration.

Refund I am asking first choice to refund $6000. I don't expect them to refund me for the bath tub, vanity, mirror, light fixture, or exhaust fan as those are items that now belong to me, but I would like a total refund for the work that I paid for since there are so many issues & I am now having to pay someone else to do the work again.
