I've done several jobs for the dad and his daughter which is his wife and everything is been good we've done lot all houses for him and he asked us to do his new house so we said no problem and before I did the [redacted] *** her dad and Tina walked around the house with me and I asked him specifically to tell me where they want the downpipe's I had no blueprints I was going by what they're telling.we put him where he asked us to put them and then now he says or year and a half later that we put them at the wrong place what a user asking me to redo it for free .I told him $have a nice day

May 29, 2016We built *** a deckShe asks us to extend it extra feetWe never charged her extra and never received extra paymentWe dug all the dirt out of the front yard and put it under the deck for filling at the backHer son and I did the labour for the deck.We built her stairs valued at
$1,and did not charge her extraWhen we were completed she was talking about having us over for a BBQ on her new deck because we did such a good jobIn fact she posted a review of my company and the work we did on Face Book stating what a wonderful job we did and how professional we were.Approximately weeks later she asked us to come and do more of the contractThe contract included taking down the garden wall at the top of the hill and leave the bottom ones onReplace the old rotted garden ties (which were supplied materials)When I left to go get Lumber, she proceeds to tell my workers to do extra work that is not on the contractThe extra work was to dig out the flower bed and install lawn edging in the front of the houseIt took hours and I charged her $She said she was good with this.Regarding the Fence: The bottom rail was hanging and was all rottedWe put rotten boards back in place which took workers hours to complete90% of the boards we put up were rottedThe fence was leaning.Regarding the Door: We did nothing with the door as the door is years old and rotted, and beyond repair.All the wood windows are rotted*** had us put duct tape over the window frames because they were falling apart.** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***We finished on a Wednesday another part of the contactShe could not pay us thenShe postdated a cheque for the following FridayWhen Friday arrived she put a stop payment on the cheque and told us to clean up our messThe job was all labour intensive work and I gave her a good deal for the jobI sent *** a text telling her I was going to be putting a Lien on the house

Rick has never done a job for me before. Yes, Rick has done 2 jobs for my parents properties, and they were satisfied with his work, but never for me. I am not satisfied with his work, it failed city inspection, the city inspector is telling us he should be fixing his mistakes and be held accountable. Yes I was at the property when he was there, yes we walked around the house as he explained what was needed to be done and I agreed, as I trusted him to know the job he had to do; I don't know, this is not my profession! and my dad barley speaks English, and didn't direct Rick in any way how to do his job! We agreed to what he suggested, as we don't know what's needed, hence why we hired him; in hopes he would know what had to be done. Now that we have failed, and have questioned him about his work, he has been extremely rude, has sworn at us and hung up on phone calls and now not returning our calls.
