First Choice Title and Escrow

Review: I was contacted by [redacted] from [redacted] to sell my timeshare they put me in touch with First Choice Title and Escrow who sent me the contracts. The contract required me to send 10 x my maintenance fees which I did. The money was wired to Mexico. Then between the 2 companies they came up with more and more fees that they said were being asked for by the Mexican government before I would receive my sales payment and that the buyer would refund all of these fees. Each time I asked why I was being asked for the money when they were buyers fees, I was told that this is the way escrow works. They also utilzed the name of a legitmate law firm [redacted] as their front so that it appeared that the details were real. I have since contacted this law firm and the documents are not real and do not come from them. I also contacted [redacted] who has this same address and their chief financial officer told me that this business is not at this site and they have never heard of it. When I go to my phone bill, the phone number is listed as being in [redacted] Virginia - 46 miles from [redacted]. The wiring information always came on letterhead from First Choice Title and Escrow and the money was always sent to Mexico. I contacted a law firm in Mexico and they have confirmed that all the fees are fake and this is just a scam. The contract states that if at any time I am not happy with the service from First Choice I can get my money back but now I must pay a fee to have this happen and the fee keeps on changing and the money must be sent to Mexico. The 3 companies steal other peoples identities and send you documents claiming they are someone that they are not.Desired Settlement: I want my money back that I sent them for fees to sell my timeshare - I realize that this is highly unlikely but when first contacted, I went to the Revdex.com to see if there were any complaints against this company and could find none. I want to see that this company is listed as a fake timeshare scam company-these people need to be stopped from stealing money from people-they push and push for fee after fee and are very convincing. Put them on your register as fraudulent so others don't suffer same.

Review: This company pretended to sell my vacation timeshare and promised to forward funds upon sending them 10% transfer fee of US 1,790 (as per my timeshare contract).

Once my money had been send via wire transfer on Nov.9, 2015 any further attempts to contact them had been unsuccesfull via phone, fax or e-mail.Desired Settlement: I want my transfer fee of 1,790 US been returned to me ASAP.
