We signed up with [redacted] in Our signed contract waives various startup fees and the cancellation fee of $ We terminated the service in Feb, and they stole $out of my checking account I asked why They said they mailed out an updated terms in that superseded the original We never got it and never agreed to itWe keep all notices of that sort They refused to return the $ Why sign an agreement and they later unilaterally changed the termination terms? Unethical! You can't even trust their original agreement I hate to them to small claims court

We were never told that they will charge us 6% fee for declined transactions. Our transaction was declined with the note to call customer service for further instructions. When we called they told us to run again and it was declined again. Later we received a bill from them for $800 and we were charged twice for the same transaction.

STAY AWAY far away from this scam companyThey promised us the sun and the moon and delivered asteroids and shotty serviceFirst the rates they quoted were .53% then after we submitted our first claim they raised our rates to 1.41%The second time we submitted a claim they raised our rates to 1.78%! The third and forth time they did not pay on the claims! We are a plastic surgeon's office and we accept about $40, in check payments for our doctorsWe only had checks to bounce in months

I called in January to cancel my service with CrossCheck after yearsThey had been great but not cost effective for our companyThe CSR attempted to keep me on as a client with reduced rates, which I thought very reasonable and kind, but still not cost effective for our businessNothing personal to themNow, months later, I receive a bill for a $cancellation fee! So I called them to find out what it was all aboutThey said that if I were to cancel this month, I would not have gotten the cancellation fee but I canceled too early so they are sticking to itThe CSR in January did not tell me about the feeOtherwise, I would have taken eaten the $for another months for a total of $rather than the full $That would have made good financial senseBut that was not given to me as an optionBut now all they can say is that they are sorry I feel badTo their point, there is a service agreement that was sent years ago that they expect me to have memorizedAt the time of cancellation, they should have given a reminder rather than taking me for the extra money! And even now, rather than just saying 'sorry, so sad for you', they could say, "Hey, lets split the difference." Bad business integrity!

crosscheck incorporated is trying to collect on 1,dollars from me for a debt that I do not owe, this debt belongs to someone else not methis dollars is a down payment on someone elses car, the car does not belong to me, my name is no where on the financial commitment of this new car that was purhased february 15, 2016, this dollar debt does not belong to me, I dispute the validity of this debt, crosscheck should be trying to collect the dollars from the person who actually owes the debt, no company can force a person to pay another person's debt, this dollars is a down payment for someone elses car the car does not belong to me, I have nothing whatsoever to do with this car purchase, I am not involved in this in any way at all, I reiterate I dispute the validity of this debt, this debt does not belong to me, I do not owe this dollar, because crosscheck inc is trying to collect dollars from me and I do not owe the money this is not fair, March

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their contract has so many wiggle room outs for them that any claim filed over a couple a hundred dollars they can refuse A customer wrote a NSF check for $but approval was received When we were notified of the NSF, we had our bank redeposit time just in case customer had not transferred funds in a timely manner Upon the 2nd deposit of NSF, we immediately filed our claim with Crosscheck It was denied because we did the redeposit HOW STUPID The claim was still filed within their time guidelines Doesn't it seem dumb not to at least try and clear a check rather than sending a customer to collection unnecessarily? We have been with them over years and never had a claim This company is a sham Just look at all their other reviews We will be terminating our relationship with them

Please go over any contract with this company with a fine toothed comb, better yet avoid them at all costsThere is an automatic renewal that they never mentioned when we signed the contractThat renewal locks you in until the next renewal date should you desire to leave the company irrespective of the number of years that you have been with said companyIf your auto deduction fails for some reason, they never notify you instead they keep pushing the deduction through over and over, running up service charges for each failure while never notifying youAVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Absolute worst check guarantee service we have ever usedWe were previously using Telechek and switched over to Crosscheck and it has been a nightmare ever sinceThey do not guarantee checks as they state on their websiteThey fabricate reasons to charge you back months later when they are unable to collect a check they authorized us to take, and pretty much say sorry (without actually saying it) that's just the way it isCustomer service is awful and insensitive to your issuesThey really shine it on to get your business but once they got you it's overMy advice is whatever you do stay away from this companyThe risk of loss is far greater than any service out thereI would give them a negative rating if possible

Worst company I have ever done business with Watch them closely THey will do what they can to not honor their end of the deal Its not worth dealing with this these people...you will come out behind every time

Cross Checks misleads cancellation costs, and fees We notified them in December that we were canceling our serviceThey said we needed to give a day noticeIn January they said our account would be closed on January They have now sent a bill for cancellation fee (which when we signed up they said there would be no fee and we could cancel anytime) plus a risk management fee, subscription charge, plus a monthly minimum fee.When I asked for a signed contract, they did not haveThey just kept renewing it, also says in this initial contract that its only valid for months, so how can they keep renewing it when we didnt keep signing it? And they say they have the right to change the contract within days of it being signed???

This company denied a check I had written to my local ford dealershipI have never written a bad check in my lifeThey don’t verify funds with any banks or offer any way of speaking to someone within their company to rectify the situationYou are sent to some recorded message where you leave information about yourself to a scam company and they will send you a letter within daysThis is the biggest scam I have ever seenAny company that doesn’t have a person you can speak with, on the phone, is a scam

We use crosscheck for our check gurantee service - we had checks we ran and got an authorizartion from them that they were good to go Checks came back accounts closed - we sent them in the requested information to process and we did not here back we left several voicemails and emails to follow up finally months after the fact they advised they did not have the original bank copies of the checks They apologized and told us to resubmit and they would process so we did after several attemps to folow up with no answer they called back and then issued a letter they would not honor their word Even though the Manager clearly stated and seen in their system all the above

I have been with cross check for about a year nowThey offer check guarantee service which pays me for any bounced checksWhen we opened the account the sales rep told me everything I want to hearWe had a contract and he clearly told me what ever I do not agree with on the contract he will cross offHe crossed off cancelation fee, subscription fee, annual fee and the most important part of the contract was that my rate per month for the check guarantee service will be 1% with a 35$ minimum each monthThere was a certain part of the contract that said cross check at any time can raise the minimum monthly payment at any time they want with a day notice., I told the representative clearly I do not agree with that and he assures me he will cross it outI said ok everything looked good I read the contract thoroughly and every part that I agreed with is on the contract and what ever I didn't agree with was crossed off the contractA couple of months go by I have been paying my bil

I was informed of CrossCheck when a MC/V rep said "do you want your checks guaranteed" I said yes...and it was a box to check off...not knowing the decision I made mired me in a very preditorial company toward its clients They sent equipment to process the checks...when all I wanted was to process MC/V and I put through checks over weeks and none were excepted...so I simply stopped using the service years later my book keeper noticed $per month charge over years for CrossCheck...so immediately I cancelled and they said send back the year old equipment Of coarse years later I cant find this unused equipment so there pressing legal action and $1400+ for the same machine found on the web for $ I have to send them back THE SAME year old equipment and there saying legal fees to pursue this will be tacked on??? Wow...check the box...you wont get any service from it...you'll be billed for years for a service that you don't use and at the end you'll be hit by $1484.47+++ and to fight you'll need California attorney WTF people????
