I’m sorry for the delay in responding to the business response for my complaint, number ***I wanted to get all of the information together and then got tied up and it was closedI am asking that you reopen the complaint as I am not satisfied with the business responseThey are lying, and in fact, the attorney general’s office representative, *** ***, who was assisting me in this matter caught them in several lies. The attached word document includes the supporting information for my complaintI placed it all in that document because the separate attachments have been blocked by your email system. The business states that the attorney general’s office ruled in their favorThis is untrue as the attorney general’s office would only serve as a mediator to assist me with resolving the issues that I was experiencingBecause of the mold test and the opinion submitted by their contracted vendor, who has been very honest in their lack of ever testing a vehicle and their “assumption” that the standards for mold in the vehicle would be the same as any other indoor environment, *** informed me that there was nothing further that the attorney general’s office would be able to do for me, and she suggested I proceed with hiring legal council to pursue this furtherThey NEVER decided in favor of First Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram’s favorBecause I do not have the discretionary funds to hire a lawyer (and the dealership knows this and has used it to strong arm me), I contacted the EPA for their guidance regarding mold issuesThey sent me a booklet on indoor air quality which states that acceptable levels of mold would include anything lower than outside (which is the same conclusion that the dealership’s mold testers came to), but the part they missed is, that is the case, unless there is an inside sourceHighlighted in the test results attachment, is a source of mold found inside of my car that was not found outside. The EPA website includes a section titled Health Effects From Biological Contaminants which says, “Allergic reactions occur only after repeated exposure to a specific biological allergenHowever, that reaction may occur immediately upon re-exposure or after multiple exposures over timeAs a result, people who have noticed only mild allergic reactions, or no reactions at all, may suddenly find themselves very sensitive to particular allergens.”This explains why I am so sensitive to the mold in my vents, where others may not be (after three cleanings, it is not as strong as it was before, but it is still there and causes alergic reactions to me every time I use my heat), but now that their vendor determined that the mold levels are fine, in their opinion, the dealership refuses to take action to resolve the issue for me. In addition to the mold in the vents, the wheels sound like I’m driving on bed springs and then they bank, the breaks squeak, the car sputters and the rear window does not workThese are all issues that I have had with the car since I purchased itI have brought the vehicle into their shop many, many times to fix them, yet they have failed to fix anythingI requested a replacement vehicle and they declined, I requested a refund and they declinedThey are just hoping that if they continue to push me off and lie, I will go awayThey sold me a vehicle that never should have been soldTheir business practices have got to be illegal, but they are unethical for sure, so I fully dispute the response of First Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram that the attorney general’s office ruled in their favor and the matter is closed. Regards,

As I have stated previously, First Crystler Dodge Jeep Ram has stuck me with a lemonThey have failed, through many attempts to actually fix the issues with my vehicleTheir repair shop is incompetent and I would be surprised if they knew how to change a tire correctly, and their management only cares about getting the customer's moneyThese issues are issues that I have had since the first week after purchasing the vehicleThe car has been in their shop six times and not one thing has been fixedThey have done nothing but push me off because they don't want the vehicle back either because they know that there are major issues with it that their shop can't fixThey should be ashamed of themselves and should not be allowed to do businessUnfair, unethical thieves, that is First Crystler Dodge Jeep Ram

Upon investigating, the Sales Department has informed me the customer did receive the requested floor mats Saturday September 26th.They did offer an apology for not getting back to the customer in a timely fashionWe feel the matter is resolved

We apologize that you feel this way and can assure you that we do not do business like this. On January 17, 2015 you picked up your vehicle after having a transmission replaced by a Certified Technician and did not return back to the dealership until April 1, 2015 with a concern of a ticking noise....

At this point we found that your flex plate was cracked.  You claim that when the transmission was replaced by our technician that he must have damaged it. I can assure you if my technician damaged a component on your vehicle we would have replaced it at no additional cost to you. We strive for 100 % customer satisfaction. I do want to point out that if your flex plate was damaged during the transmission replacement you would have experienced a problem that day. Based on that information ; we feel you have been charged accordingly. At the time of your  service visit April 1, 2015 we did sympathize for you and did offer a discount in the amount of  $75.24 for that repair . Our records show you returned  to the dealership on April 16, 2015 with a fluid leak and we replaced a shaft seal at no cost . First Chrysler has nothing to hide which is why we gave you the broken part back. Our Certified Technicians feel that the flex plate could have sustained damage due to the starter being engaged after the vehicle was running. Again, if there was a problem with the flex plate when the transmission was replaced; then  you would have been aware that same day. Therefore, First Chrysler is not responsible for this repair. We decline your request for a refund.
