Review: Took my vehicle to First Chrysler (brand New) to them to have a trailer hitch installed, the damaged the driver side door and it needed to be painted. I gave them a week to paint the door, when I got the vehicle back the edge of the door had a paint defect, I called and they were apologetic and said that they will fix the paint. they put touch up paint on the door edge. This has never stayed, I went back when the touchup paint wore off and I was told that I did this damage. They don't want to take any responsibility. Then I called the General Manager he said he would call me back on Friday... That was a MONTH ago. Again the touchup paint that their body shop put on has come off. I have never hit my door on anything or rubbed it against anything like they are claiming that I did. I have called again to see if we can resolved I don't expect that they will call back. I have referred many people to First Chrysler and that will not happen any longer. I want them to fix what they caused.Desired Settlement: Repaint Door correctly as it should have been done properly in the first place
