First Citizens Bank & Trust Reviews (2)

Review: I deposited my paycheck on Friday August 29, and if Im not mistaken I had checked my account balance a few times that week to make sure I wouldnt be overdrawn because I realized that I was pushing it kind of close. My account was not in the negative and I had no pending transactions at that time?? On Tuesday I went and closed out an account at another bank because it wasn't local for me anymore and I deposited that money into my first First Citizens Bank & Trust account which at the time had an account balance of 141.89...again it was not in the negative but the next morning I noticed the overdraft charge and I can't seem to get a reasonable explanation for, because the one that I was given that is attached to the end of the documentation is absurd, because any transactions that I made on Friday were done AFTER I made my deposit that WAS posted on the same day as it usually is every other Friday when I deposit my check, so anything posted to my account the next business day should have had clearance. $144 is a lot of money to just be missing out of someone's account with no logical explanation and I am definitely going to pursue this until someone can provide me with detailed documentation to support this charge.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

My money need to be credited back to my account if no one can provide me with valid explanation with the documentation supporting the claim, because the documentation that I have does not support tbe action taken against my account.
