I had an auto loan with FCFCU back in 2014 which is showing an incorrect status on my credit report. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus but the incorrect status was verified by the creditor. I first contacted FCFCU via phone back in December 2019 and was referred to *** (whom I believe is/was the Collections manager). *** informed me that my credit report would be corrected the first week of January, however this was not the case. I called back mid-January and was told by *** that it would be corrected the first week of February, however this was not the case either. Finally, I called back in February and was told the same thing - that it would be corrected first week of March. This issue has still not been corrected.

update your credit report to “paid in full” per the terms of a class action
suit in which you were a member. Due to
your previous Bankruptcy filing, executing the change posed some
difficulty. At this time, the system has
been updated accordingly to reflect the change and full removal of this
tradeline from your record. On behalf of the Credit Union, I would like to apologize for any
frustration or inconvenience that this situation has caused. Should you have any questions or if I can be of
any further assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

First Citizens stole the money I had left in my account and closed ALL of my accounts without prior notice. They didn't call, e-mail, or sent a letter to my house stating that they were going to take my money and close all of my accounts. I showed up at the bank today wanting to withdraw the rest of my money and the teller notified me that I no longer had ANY accounts with them! This is robbery and NEEDS to be rectified immediately.
Good morning,We have reached out to Deposit Ops and our Contact Center. We have learned that they have been unable to reach *** through phone and email (see attachment for email sent in May). ***'s account actually went negative after a series of payments tried to come out of the account without the funds available. Due to inactivity, the account was closed. Please let us know if you we can assist in any other way with this matter.
Terrible website, subpar customer service. Would never use their products, services, or accounts again. They refused to update my address for 5 years, even though I sent multiple update forms. They put me into paperless billing even though I declined it. This made it impossible to get statements, since they didn't send them to my email. I called several times and they refused to update my info over the phone even though they verified my account. Customer service reps and supervisor were useless and seemed very unempowered.
