to certain actions taken towards the vehicle. For instance, opening the door may
cause the fuel pump to iniate and in turn, drain the battery. Needless to say,
here at Jeff's Motorcars, we do not discriminate or disrepect any customer who
calls or shows interest in any vehicle. Unlike a lot of other high-end car
dealerships, we do allow access to the inside of our vehicles while they are on
display. I do apologize and did not mean to show any disrespect.

I appreciate the response and apology, however, I feel that Jeff's Motorcars should offer diversity training and make it a company policy that racism and racial profiling not be tolerated.   In their response they said that they do not discriminate or disrespect any customer who calls or shows interest in
any vehicle.  I was disrespected, profiled, and discriminated against!, and the fact that Jeff's Motorcars waited about one and a half months to answer this complaint, speaks for itself!
