Tonye [redacted] will need to file a dispute online, phone or mail with the credit bureau(s) that are reporting the erroneous information she claimsShe called on 2/9/to assert a dispute about her credit report and the account manager told her the same thingOverland Bond shows the account is closed, paid in full with zero balance owingWe we are reporting the same to the bureau as wellSince this issue cannot be fixed on our end because we are reporting properly, we suggest she contact the Trans Union & Equifax for assistanceThey will then contact Overland Bond through a dispute portal called e-OscarOur credit department will respond to the dispute in a timely manner and acknowledge any errors it findsI hope this addresses the customers concern

I received a random letter not even from a post office delivery man stating that there is a complaint with a false advertisement. A Sharon N [redacted] stated "the company will give them $100.00 on the spot once process was completed" but we were not even open that day this must be a mistake none of our...

advertising or business cards. We never received a call this is a false accusation. Please contact me as soon as possible to clear this up because with more then 20 years working here I have never had such complaint.

I have not received a call from the consumer. If she was given three different amounts, there could be a good reason for it. Balance before accident? Balance after insurance check applied? Payoff balance? I dont know how to respond to the consumer unless she calls me directly so I can address her concerns. I can be reached directly at [redacted], Manager

Since this issue cannot be fixed on our end because we are reporting properly, we suggest she contact the Trans Union & Equifax for assistance. They will then contact Overland Bond through a dispute portal called e-Oscar. Our credit department will respond to the dispute in a timely manner and acknowledge any errors it finds. I hope this addresses the customers concern.
