First Class Auto Repair

Took vehicle into shop to have check engine light diagnosed (this was the second time the vehicle was it their garage for said problem) was told that vehicle had to be driven for 3 days ,which it was and 1 1/2 tanks of gas run through it ,which it also was. The mechanic stated that we had to go through the process to get a new catalytic converter. I was never informed that it was even in need of one.I was contacted 1:53 Feb 1st 2019 to pickup vehicle I had my brother drive me there ,as was home alone at the time.when I went in to get vehicle the receptionist said something about the engine light wasnt reset ,I didnt understand what she was saying.she then started getting very rude I asked if I could get a receipt this time as I never received any the first two times .I told her she was acting very rude and I just wanted my receipt. She then got her husband which was the original mechanic to work on it he came barging in yell ing cussing at me using the "f" word numerous times the receptionist crinkled the receipt in her hand and attempted to hit me then threw it at me .I then told them I would make sure to let everyone know that cussing ad throwing things at your customers is ok at first class auto!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO TERRIBLY IN MY LIFE!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! Iwill never step foot in their establishment again and if you are wise you wont either!!!!!!

Me and my husband not to mention quite a few other family members have been dedicated customers of this very honest and respected business for long time now. We continue to refer other people to them as well. We have had nothing but great experiences with them and look forward to and trust them with all of our vehicles.
