Hello, This is *** and I am writing in response to the response from *** with a dated letter of December 7, 2016. First and foremost I would like to clarify that I did not begin working at First Class Auto until not one day beforeI moved here from Washington State in October of this year because of a divorce, so it is impossible for *** to state that he has spoken to me in the past regarding this claimMy actual date of entry into CA state is Oct 3, I am not sure who was working here before me and that is not my concernI have my Driver's license still from WA state and have proof that I have been in CA for less than daysI am not sure who *** has spoken to aside from ***, because *** has stated that, but I do want to make one thing VERY CLEAR I am NOT the person *** has spoken to since I have been working here the first letter I received and responded to was my first hearing about this situation and I have tried my best on my end to look into the matter Like I mentioned before because I don't know about the claim, I am willing to look into the caseIn my previous response I asked for information regarding the Vehicle such as the Year, Make and ModelThe way that this business has their files is sort of old fashioned with files and cabinets so I have been trying to find out what is going on without much luck without the informationI understand the Insurance was involved but that does not help me find the file I need to look into paperwork to be able to see what I can do. As for future reference to this claim, I want to get another thing very clear, I am only working here until January 6th because I will begin classes once againI was only working here temporarily until my classes began again, because of my moving from WA state I had to take a LOA therefore my time of work here at this business is from October 31, to January 6, As long as I am here I am more than willing to help look into this matter and help in any way I can, but I would appreciate it if *** would stop making allegations as to speaking with me as that is not possible; and I have not spoken to him at all. I asked him if he needed me to take the check back to [redacted] to change the company name to First Class Body Shop and he said no it is not necessary he will just stamp it. He then advised me to call him in 4 days. I waited the 4 days and I called him. He then stated the check was not clear yet. He stated he sent the check back to [redacted] to clear the check and that was not true. [redacted] stated the check was cashed. I [redacted] am writing in response to he Revdex.com Customer Complaint regarding a supposed check being cashed fraudulently and un repaired vehicle. I am a new hire and did not begin work until 10131/2016 so I am not sure who the customer spoke with or dealt with but I can assure you that the customer did not...

deal with me personally. However, I am willing to look into this situation further if I can have the Vehicle information, I can speak with those who were working at the time and explain the situation to see what we can do. We need the Make, Year, Color and Model of the vehicle as well as when it was entered and when it left our shop. We need more information regarding the vehicle to be able to assist or further provide a response. Thank you for your attention.
