I placed an order, order # 5592, with the company on 1/23/for a total of It was charged on my Discover credit card I received a confirmation email for the order on 1/23/ On 2/14/I sent an email to the company via their web site asking for an expected date of delivery I did not receive a reply I then tried to call the company numerous times via telephone and left voicemail messages concerning the delivery of the order No calls were returned On 2/24/I again used their web site to send an email asking for delivery information and explaining that I had tried numerous times to contact them via phone There has been no response to this message On 3/3/I sent another email via the web site asking for delivery details and telling them of my dissatisfaction with this transaction and that it might fall into the category of fraud I asked them to contact me directly within hours At this time I have received nothing from the company

So, I placed an order on 4/4/For *** Buying Qty500- *** and Qty500- *** *** cases, Finally acepted payment on 4/12/At this point I knew I was gonna have problems, so it's now 4/23/
Anyhow, so here we are after multiple attempts, by both email and phone calls, the seller will not answer eitherI have asked to cancel the order and I have not received any reply

On 2/7/I placed an order for once fired caliber brass casingsMy bank account was immediately charged the $owedIt was paid to *** *** (I assume a third party billing service)It has been weeks since I placed my order and paid in fullI have yet to receive my merchandise or any correspondence from the companyI have sent emails requesting an order status or refundI also sent a letter via usps, and attempted to contact several times via telephoneI would like a full refund or my merchandise shipped asapThank you for your help and time

Placed an order on 11/4/for special brass countcharge appeared on credit card 11/9/ requested shipping confirmation / tracking number I have sent several emails which appear to loop back from the business without any type of response Several phone calls were also unanswered I want a refund to my credit card, inclusive of the $postal fee

This order had been shipped but the tracking info shows it was not delivered.  To expedite this resolution we will reship the item today and deal with the lost item on our own.The new USPS tracking number for this package is [redacted]

I have received my order that was post marked 3/13/17. A little over a month from order date and only after complaint was filed.
