Review: On Sunday, Oct.**,2014, my fianc and I debarked from Norwegian Cruise Ship @ Terminal ** on [redacted] in Manhattan; Approx. 10:30am. My finance retrieved 3-pieces of our additional luggage and we proceed to be I.D. to exit terminal and head home. Once we arrived home I noticed that my finance had mistaken someone luggage for mine. I immediately made contact with the number on the tag. He and I proceed back to Terminal ** to rectify the problem. When I arrived at Terminal ** I was directed to the luggage claim room.In which, the lady at the desk she told me that my luggage is no longer at Terminal **. She states that "[redacted]" took my luggage. She gave me a piece of paper that read: NCL Luggage is handled by: First Class Cargo Systems, Ltd/[redacted] (ask for [redacted] ###-###-####).I questioned her about the short span of time, and about this situation. She only said, call the number tomorrow since First Class Cargo is closed on the weekends. I took off from work Monday, Oct.[redacted], and called [redacted] @ 9am.I ask for [redacted], however I was told to call back since "[redacted]" has not brought in the LOST luggage yet. At 12pm, I called back. This time I spoke to "[redacted]", who asked me my name and than said that if I want my luggage I must pay a fee of $40. I asked "[redacted]" for his title. He said "[redacted]". I than ask him are they contracted with Norwegian Cruise. He said that he does not know. He also stated that the name of the company is "Diamond Forwarding". My fianc, myself and my son went to above address to retrieve my luggage. [redacted], came from her desk to protest why I must pay $40. I refused payment since they didn't show a contract with Norwegian and because they removed my luggage without Permission or Authority. After an argument, [redacted] told me to take my luggage and get out. Upon going through my luggage I notice that my souvenirs were missing.Desired Settlement: I want my souvernirs replaced or my money that I paid for them refunded.
