The owner is a nice guy and overall appears to do a decent quality of workI contacted him to work on my vehicle that was heavily damaged by hailThe estimate was 10K to 12KHe offered me a loaner chev impala with 200K miles that ran and started wellI waited weeks before he could work my vehicle into his shopIt was the middle of the monthI was told he had one vehicle ahead of me and would start as soon as he finished that oneA week later (WEEK IN SHOP) I stopped by and nothing had been doneHe said that there were a number of requests by insurance companies and there was another vehicle that had been waiting before mineHe said it would get started on it the following week (WEEK IN SHOP)I stopped by again and the vehicle was sitting outside with the front bumper offHe said he was short of help and could only do so muchI noticed different vehicles in his shop each time I stopped byThis pattern continued over the next several weeks(WEEK 5-IN SHOP) I talked with my insurance company about the delayed work and they told me to take the vehicle somewhere elseI asked the owner if he had talked with the insurance company and he said yes, but when I called the claims manager, he told me that no one had called or they had no contact with the ownerI received a call during week (WEEK IN SHOP) that the vehicle was doneHis cost to insurance was about 20% more than at another shopMy windshield washer does not workI did receive a nice RTIC oz tumblerIt was months from contact to pickup of my vehicleI put miles on the loaner
