Review: For a span of around 12 months, First Class Fitness has charged my account at various times and amounts. After speaking with the clerk at the front desk, I was notified that I was not the only one with this issue. I have personally tried to contact the Manager/Owner more than 20 seperate times to no avail.Desired Settlement: To be refunded the amount I was over charged.

Our policy clearly state that if a Member who would like to stop monthly dues they must fill a 30 day cancellation form. We are well aware of [redacted] issue she was deployed and did not have record of her 30 day notice. We would gladly refund her $150 if she can provide the required form that is stated in her contract. We deal with the military quite often and we do understand that. [redacted] account has been canceled and no longer will be charged due to her being deployed over the phone which we are not required to do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I refused this offer because of the following reasons. I have contacted the business previously mentioned multiple times after cancelling my policy (which was in December and was never given a copy of) so the last bill I should have recieved would have been in January. However, I did not get charged in January, instead I was charged sporadically throughout the year, various amounts of money. The manager as well as the staff were well aware of my situation and assured me that I would no longer be getting charged, which continually happened. I was further informed, by the staff, that I was not the only customer with this issue and that is was being taken care of. This too did not happen. I will not accept their offer until I am fully reimbursed. Whatever steps that I need to take to ensure this will happen, and that future "members" will not be taken advantage of I am willing to do.
