Review: I bought a new American Standard heating/a/c system from FIRST CLASS HEATING & A/C 3 years ago with a 10 warranty. I'm having issues with the heat. They have been out 9 times as of today since January 19, 2014 because the heater isn't working properly. I've asked for a new unit under the lemon law and they claim that American Standard will not give me a new unit. I am 64 1/2 years old with an arthritic condition so this situation is detrimental to my health physically & mentally. I am about to go postal on them. I don't think I'm being unreasonable.Desired Settlement: Either replace the unit or give me a refund so I can get a new unit from another company! I can't deal with this anymore
