To whom it may concern, I am responding to an inaccurate complaint filed against my Company

I engaged in a contract with *** on 12/9/when I picked up the deposit of $
I emailed *** a copy of the contract with the deposit added at the top.
***.*** is trying to get out of paying me
I sending several pictures of text messages and emails between *** and I trying to resolve any issues she had
Everything stated in her complaint is a lie to try and get out of paying me
I have sent email correspondeces from her praising my work yet now because shes out of money claims the work is shotty

Thanks, ***. Whew, what a relief to know I'll be back in my own house in less than weeks. The new tenant for the rooms I am renting is moving into the basement today...waiting for me to go. Talk about awkward.
I really do appreciate your skill and expertise with this job. Thank you, too for your patience with me. I am usually easy to work with, but I am so stressed out these days. You'll see on future jobs...we'll have fun

I was down there last night but I missed you. Looks really GREAT except the plastic round knob in shower
Besides having arthritis in my hands, I have permanent nerve damage in both wrists from a car accident. (Perhaps you've seen me wearing splints on both hands.) I avoid knobs whenever I can because I have trouble twisting my wrists.
Please install the handle that came with the kit. I really will appreciate it. Thanks
As to receipts: Of course, you'll give me any *** *** receipts pertaining to the project, but I need separate, itemized, receipts for any work that involves tenants for my taxes, such as heater/thermostat & soil pipe
