Review: On Sep 10, 2013 I was distracted when this company came over and went up to my roof and said I needed vent collars as there were leaks. Then they checked my attic and said I had mold and they wanted to replace the insulation bags involved. I paid them $2000 and they cashed the check within minutes at a check cashing service. Several days later I checked the attic and nothing had been done. I called the police and they went to the attic and confirmed that nothing had been done. They met with [redacted] the next day and invited him to look at the attic which he declined. I believe he knew that nothing had been done. We settled on $500 for the vents and he promised to refund $1500 in a week. It has been over two weeks and I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $1500 asap. I never filed a police report and would like to settle this amicably..
