First Class Limousine

Review: We hired First Class Limousine to provide us with a specific antique car. 3 hours before the car was to arrive the company called me to tell me they did not have the car I requested. They knew for two weeks that the car would not be available but did not decide to let me know so I could make another plan with them. They offered me a party bus or a stretch limo & told me that it would "impress people". I advised them I was not worried about impressing people, only about the fact that they waited till it was to late for me to change to another company that did have the car we requested. After some back & forth we agreed to have their other antique car, that was not updated & looked run-down, come to our venue. The driver introduced himself, Marco. We went outside to take pictures with the car & the driver was no where to be found & we had the venue workers looking for him while screaming his name. We had to take pictures where the car was parked. This was off to the side of the venue. We were only able to get 1 good picture & that was due to the expertise of the photographer who tried to make it look like we were at least near the venue. During our cocktail hour the driver barged into our private room & insisted on being paid. He then proceeded to yell at my new wife & I so loud that the venue manager came in. I had to call his office for them to see how he was yelling at us. I advised the office that he was no where to be found for us to take pictures so we were not paying until we got pictures. The venue manager spoke to the office manager to confirm what happened. The office said the driver would wait for us to take more pictures with the car but when we went outside he was gone. I called the limousine company about 1 week later & they did not return my call. 4 weeks later I actually got the owner on the line. When we spoke he proceeded to yell at me and then said, "I am done with you".
