Review: On 4/13/13, I contracted with the company to build & install a brick mailbox and a matching brick column. Both would have a Pre-cast Concrete Solid white top. The company would pre-wire both tops to allow an electrician to install electrical lights. Holes were to be drilled into each top to allow access to the electrical wires & caps would cover the hole until the light fixtures were installed. I also ordered a cast black aluminum plaque which would include my address and street name. Over the plaques they were supposed to imount a solar lamp to illuminate the address. The total cost was $1909.00. I gave a deposit of $950.00. The remaining $959.00 to be paid upon delivery & completion of the order. [redacted] came out from the company to do the installation. He explained he couldn't mount the plaques, lamp and drill the holes in the top because his drill wasn't working. He would have to come back to finiish that part of the job. While he was there my electrician and [redacted] were talking about how to access the wiring under the tops. Apparently, the company had not allowed enough time for the concrete to properly dry & set. When the electrician lifted one of the tops a corner broke off. Obviously the top had not been properly cured. [redacted] is saying it's not the company's fault that the corner broke off & he just wants to patch up the top. If he does that then I am not getting the new Solid one piece top that I paid for. Just patching the current ones leaves it vunerable to the corner breaking off again. He wants payment for a new cap and if he does not hear from me of how to settle this he will retrieve the mailbox and column from my property for non payment. I'm not refusing to pay. I will certainly pay him when he has installed everything I contracted to receive.Desired Settlement: Properly installed plaque, lamp and new pre-cast concrete solid top for the mailbox. Also, apply mortar to seal in the bricks on the left side of the mailbox column to prevent rain and snow getting in to cause them to fall off.

Review: A deposit was given of $5,800.00 to solidify contract for nine brick piers and aluminum fence on April 19, 2014. The contract states delivery within 10 days. To date, [redacted] contunes to cancel every re-scheduled appointment and give excuses why he needs more time. We have asked that he at least produce two piers but no delivery of ANYTHING. We have asked if he could return our funds or at least give us the material he claims he purchased. However, he doesn't answer the phone or return calls.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund or the work completed ASAP. Its been over 30 days.
