First Class Move

stolen belongings, damaged my furniture, could not complete the task of moving my belongings without my assistance carrying furniture [redacted] and his team stole cash in the form of a change box worth over $200took so long to move my things I had to help them move because they were unable to carry my furniture down the stairs.He collected $85 in cash from me before the move as damage insurance and I signed the relevant form. He did indeed damage my ottoman. He told me that this insurance would cover it but he will not respond to my calls or emails. His team was stopping every 30 min to smoke cigarettes and I noticed [redacted]. That did not concern me at the time but now that my cash has come up missing I am drawing a connection between the 2. At this point my cash is missing and my furniture is still damaged. I have spent 8 months attempting to resolve this directly with [redacted] with no success. Desired SettlementI request a settlement in the form of compensation in the value of my ottoman $370 as well as cash missing ($200).
