Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11428406, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Good afternoon, The owner of the business is not being truthful. He has viewed the pictures that were sent to him by my apartment complex that show his chemical was sprayed all over the entire floorI don't understand why he thinks that they were not. I met with the owner and the technician who sprayed my apartment. When the owner asked his employee what he was spraying for in the apartment, the technician couldn't even give a straight answer and the owner had to feed him the answer. My apartment was not being sprayed for flees or bed bugs, so I don't understand why the technician covered the floor in the chemicals. The owner told me that they only spray around the baseboards, but when I showed him the pictures of the entire floor being covered, he got very quiet and "shut down." When I asked for an answer the second time, he replied, "My technician sprayed and did what he thought was best to solve the problem." That speaks volumes. He knows his technician was in the wrong and he gave the "textbook answer." As far as "proving" that my computer was damaged, the owner actually got to handle my computerHe asked to see it, and I reluctantly let him handle my property. He had plenty of opportunity to try and turn on the computer or even open it. He chose not to do itHe also became very angry and aggressive in his speaking voice, so I told him that I was not going to continue the conversationWhen I asked the apartment manager if he got out of hand, she agreed that he did When it comes to the Region Manager of the apartment complex telling me I had to turn on the computer, etc; the regional manager told me that I didn't have to let the owner touch my computerHe instructed me that I needed to meet with the owner and let him see the damaged propertyI did both of these things and then someI, again, let the owner of this business touch and handle my property. He didn't ask to turn it on, and he didn't ask me to turn it onIf he had, I would have gladly agreed. I believe that I gave the owner the appropriate opportunity to see my computer, touch it, open it and ask me questionsHe had no intent in asking me anythingHe was rude and tried to "rile" me up. When the owner started becoming aggressive and insinuated that I had covered the floor with something other than his chemical, I told the apartment manager that I would not continue the conversation. I was raised right, and I do not make accusations. The owner does not want to take responsibility for his employee's actionsWhen it comes to him researching more on my computer. I am curious as to how he thinks he knows the specifics of my computer. How He never has asked me for the year, make or model of this computer. I don't know where he is getting his information. How can someone research something that is similar when he doesn't have that information to start with? He is also not telling the truth regarding the cell phone comment. He never offered to spray his cell phone. I don't know why he is lying, but it seems that he is trying to convince the Revdex.com that he has done everything he can, when in fact, he has notHe did not even apologize to me that my apartment was treated poorly. I am attaching pictures of where my footprints were left on my floor because the chemicals covered from wall to wallI attached where you can see that my bedroom was sprayed as well, which is carpetedYou'll notice that my bed frame has the mist on it as wellThere is also a picture of my laptop. I would like the Revdex.com to please review the pictures I have attached. This owner needs to take responsibility for his actions and a complaint needs to be logged on their records with the Revdex.com. I have dealt with poor customer service before, but I have never been compelled to file a complaint of this magnitudeI have more, but it would only allow me to upload I would also appreciate a phone callI've left a voicemail for Mr*** but I have not heard back from him. Sincerely, *** ***

Good afternoon, The owner of the business is not being truthful.  He has viewed the pictures that were sent to him by my apartment complex that show his chemical was sprayed all over the entire floor. I don't understand why he thinks that they were not. The owner told me that they only spray around the baseboards, but when I showed him the pictures of the entire floor being covered, he got very quiet and "shut down." He asked to see it, and I reluctantly let him handle my property.  He had plenty of opportunity to try and turn on the computer or even open it.  He chose not to do it.
