First Class Renovations

1. Vince L of First Class Renovations was contracted with $4,000 down payment on 9/13/19 for construction work at *** in South Euclid. He was then paid balance of $3800 on 10/21/19 at job site with promise that his crew would finish that night. He never finished the work. The job site was abandoned, slopped, and previously finished areas were damaged and in need of repair. When he finally did respond to us, he texted that he would finish his work in January. So far, he as not responded to multiple texts, calls, emails. We called in another contractor to finish the work with a quote of $1,700.

2. As Vince L of First Class Renovations was working on the *** property, we contracted him to work at *** mailing him a $850 down payment on 10/21/19. He never did any work at ***. After multiple texts, calls, emails, he texted that he would return the money in 2 payments of $425; in January and February. To date, we have received nothing, nor has he answered any texts or calls.
