Please find attached, a copy of the proposal that was sent to this customer. This customer wanted a dirt pad only. The items he speaks of on our website are concrete runners. This customer only requested a base dirt pad.
The "Sealant" he speaks of was never discussed. We offer no such thing. I believe he is referring to the vapor barrier that the mobile home movers put down over the dirt once they deliver the home.
In addition, we completed the work on a Tuesday the 1st of December in the late afternoon, and the home was delivered Wednesday Morning at approximately 10:45 am and there was no additional work done to the dirt pad by an additional contractor.
Yes we did cut an electrical line which we agreed to deduct $100 from our bill as per the request of his Son - Clay.
In addition, the owner was present most of the day on Tuesday while the work was being done. He requested an additional load of dirt which we delivered and spread on his property.
The original bid was $2,000 the extra dirt was $175 for a total of $2,175 he had put down a deposit of $750 which left a balance of $1,425 per the request of the son we agreed to deduct $100 for the damaged electrical line which left the customer a balance of $1,350
We did what we were hired to do and some extra and now this customer is unwilling to pay. He was never promised a foundation for his home. Only a dirt pad.
And Ironically the Son - Clay sent an email message yesterday about making the final payment. Asking where to send the payment and who to make the check payable to.
