I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Based on my financial information I should NOT have been signed up for this serviceThe only option based on my income level was to setup a payment arrangementAs a company who's expertise is in taxes I feel this should have been discovered immediatelyDue to the amount of the time it took for my file to be reviewed by a competent financial analyst a wage garnishment was filedTherefore the best option was to allow *** *** *** *** to setup the agreement on my behalfSetting up a payment agreement is free and I would have done that myself and paid the IRS that $***To reiterate Cause: *** *** *** *** signed me up for their service knowing I did not qualify for anything services besides a agreement*** *** *** *** failed to get my file to a skilled tax analyst for monthsEffect: A wage garnishment was placed on me and I in essence spent $*** to set up a payment agreementIt is my belief that *** *** *** *** is responsible for the ENTIRE $*** however I was willing to settle for $***A settlement of $*** is not acceptable.

We would like to inform you that FCTR cannot and does not promise any specifc results to any of our clients We do strive to always get the best possible resolution for our clients given their specifc situation and following IRS & State
guidelines and this is always explained to every client that signs upWhile in many cases we are able to help clients get their tax debts reduced this is never guaranteed and does not happen on every caseUnfortunately Mr*** case was not elegible for a reduction due to the findings from his financial analysisSo the next best possible resolution was a payment plan that would prevent any further collection activity from the IRS.

To whom it may concern,
Please note that the client has been contacted. We reviewed the work done on the case, the clients concerns and desired settlement. Client explained their concerns once again and why they believe a refund should be issued. After careful review it has been determined that the client is not eligible for a refund based on the work already completed and her decision to pursue a [redacted] after Jamal had recommended a payment plan would be the better solution since client did not meet [redacted] criteria. We then offered to have FCTR construct an [redacted] payment plan for them and but they declined as they already had one set up. 
We have noted this complaint as resolved on our end. Please let us know what else is needed to update it on your end as well.

To whom it may concern,
Please know that as of today ([redacted] day from the day the complaint was submitted) [redacted] has not returned the signed agreement regarding the complaint and his refund. We have made multiple attempts to follow up. However we have not received any responses. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue the refund until such form is signed and returned to us. We will continue to follow up with [redacted] and update you as well on any changes.

His refund will be issued and sent out via mail to the address he verified over the phone today. This solves and finalizes any concerns or complaints Mr. [redacted] has regarding his FCTR account.
