*** *** reserved the condo he found off craigslist 1/23/He paid my assistant $by credit card over the phone. He then checked into the condo 1/24/and paid me $totaling $760. He was paying the monthly rate of $I have on all of my craigslist ads that the first half
can be paid when they move in and the remaining half only week later. Or they can do my weekly rate which is $plus the 15% tax which is $a week. So even if he wanted to pay me for only weeks he would still need to pay me $I collected the cash when he checked in and he did not complain about the condo. My assistant text him 1/31/sending him a reminder for the remaining 2nd rent balance. He never replied to her nor myself. I then went to the condo and spoke to *** ***. He appeared to be under the influence of some sort of drugs. I did not want him on the property due to the fact families did stay on property and I did not want to be responsible for anything illegal going on so we decided it was best he checked out by 11:am on 2/2/16. My assistant sent him the checkout procedures that morning and that is when he became uncooperative and insisted he was going to stay his weeks. I tried explaining to him that was not how my pricing worked. That is when he decided to find complaints on the condo. I felt unsafe due to him appearing to be under the influence and I left telling him to finish his 2nd week. I then went to the condo the morning of 2/7/to clean it and he still argued with me stating he will not leave. He has not paid the proper amount so I was shorted. I just wanted him off the property and out of the condo and was willing to call it even. He took the key with him so I had to change the locks, the condo was a complete mess with trash everywhere and dirty dishes left all over the place.
