Don't use this company! If they call you decline. If you have purchased ask for a refund ASAP! You are not getting any special pricing or vacations. You can go direct to the cruise ship website or call them direct to book without any fees. I recently booked my $598 per person cruise and it cost me $1100 per person thru them. I did upgrade to a balcony but online price was $800 and they give discount for 3rd person. They told me it was higher than the cruise ship's online price to cover the cost of the other trips included in the package ( the free trips you get for purchasing the cruise package 3 night hotel in Las Vegas, 3 night hotel in Orlando of which you still pay $50 fee when booking and the 4 night cruise plus port fees and taxes' which must be booked out of specific ports and only during off season. NONE OF WHICH WAS DISCUSSED WHEN THEY ARE OFFERING YOU A CRUISE FOR $598 PER PERSON WITH FREE VACATIONS. NOTHING IS FREE! YOU WILL PAY FOR ALL TRIPS AND SOME!
I just got back from a cruise that First Class Vacations booked for me. It was my second cruise they booked for me, ans it was a great experience. The girls in reservations made everything easy. I had a great time and look forward to booking with them again next year. THANKS FIRST CLASS!!!
There were sanfuus along the way from sales to reservations and final confirmation, the company worked at rectifying the issues and we are satisfied with the end result.
